Android 8.0 now available in Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+

Good news as now Android Oreo 8.0 Beta is now available for S8 and S8+ users.


Android Oreo came two months back and it first came out with Google’s mobiles like Pixel and Nexus. All after this every mobile manufacturer was trying its level best to incorporate the latest mobile operating system. Samsung started working on it and finally came up with the Android Oreo beta update for Galaxy S8 and S8+.

To register for beta program, you must have Samsung+ app installed on your phone. Once you install the app on your device, look for the “Galaxy Beta Program” option under “Registration” menu. Just click on it and you’ll be registered in Samsung Galaxy beta program. Once you register, check for the updates option in Settings.

But one thing to remember is that this beta program is on first come first serve basis. This update will be stopped after thousand people will install it.

What does it offer?

The beta update comprises of Samsung Experience 9.0 and Samsung is boosting about it a lot. This updates will help you to take control of notifications, new app icon badges, notification dots, and long press for context menus. History for search bar is also a part of the update. You can also pause notifications from any app for a definite period of time. The best part is the revamped emoticons.

According to some users, this new update is quite smooth than the previous Android 7.0. Many things are same but a lot of improvements have been done.
