BlackBerry to Join Samsung for Android Devices Security Purposes

The BlackBerry has confirmed that they would shake hands with Samsung in the near future in order to enhance security for the devices running Android.

A Samsung’s representative said, “Samsung Knox focuses on providing security solutions for the mobile enterprise, and when combined with the BES BlackBerry 12, we will offer more choice for customers who desire the Android devices with high security.” This is clearly a step in the interests of both Samsung and BlackBerry.

On the Samsung, they join hands with one of the reputed leading company in mobile security issues, with support from BlackBerry, Samsung Knox service will now be better and Samsung’s Android device information can be used by government agencies in the future.

With a BlackBerry, this is considered an indirect way to help them promote their security services, which hopes to enhance the number of BlackBerry devices sold on the market.
